Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, although I did have some noise issues early in the morning. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The location was perfect, right in the Old Quarter but away from the busy chaos. Dining was a highlight with a wide selection, but I wish breakfast started a little earlier. Overall, I felt it was good value for money despite a few minor drawbacks.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a cozy oasis. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a great shower to top it off. I loved how close we were to key attractions, plus the dining options were fantastic with great food and coffee. However, I did encounter some issues with the service which could use improvement.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious and clean accommodations that were quite comfortable for two. The staff was absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including moving us to a higher floor for our third visit and providing packed breakfasts for our early excursions. While the location was superb, right in the heart of the old quarter, I felt the dining experience could have used some improvement in variety and flavor. Overall, it's a great place to unwind, though there is definitely room for enhancement in a few areas.
I had a decent time at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter without being right in the thick of things. While the rooms were clean and spacious, they felt a bit cramped once we filled them with our luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, I felt the dining options could have used some improvement.
My stay was quite nice overall. The hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, but I did have some issues with privacy due to the window placement. The service was really attentive and helped us organize affordable tours, which was a plus. I found the dining options to be decent, with a variety of choices. However, I would have loved a better breakfast selection.
